Product Description Single-Use Vessel Option

With the Labfors 5 Cell base unit, animal cells can be cultivated flexibly in the “Mobius^TM CellReady 3L Single-Use Bioreactor” for working volumes of 0.9 -2.4 L.

The CellReady is connected to the base unit by means of a simple connection of the magnetic drive coupling, the modified heating mat and the standard pH and pO₂ sensors. The pH, pO₂, temperature, stirring speed and gassing parameters for the process are controlled via the Labfors 5 Cell base unit or they can be controlled through the Iris software.

Flexible gassing with the air/O₂/N₂ gas mixture for pO₂ control and CO₂ for pH control allows a customised supply of oxygen to the culture vessel and ensures a stable pH value.

A changeover from a glass vessel to a disposable vessel is possible using the same base unit und therefore allows a flexible application for your bioprocesses.
